About Australian Pension
Community Support Network
A trusted, independent platform built to help Australian seniors navigate the pension system — with dignity, clarity, and community support.
Our Neutrality & Service Policy
This platform is a non-partisan, non-profit community service. We do not endorse any political party or candidate. Our sole mission is to provide administrative and community support for seniors navigating the pension system.
We present information about government representatives and public servants in a neutral, factual manner — listed alphabetically by electorate, without party branding or political commentary. We believe every Australian senior deserves access to their elected representatives regardless of political affiliation.
Any templates, guides, or resources provided on this platform are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice. We encourage all members to seek qualified legal assistance for their individual circumstances.
Our Mission
We exist to ensure that no Australian senior faces the pension appeals process alone. We provide the tools, community, and information needed to navigate the system with confidence.
Strictly Non-Partisan
We do not endorse, support, or oppose any political party, candidate, or ideology. When we display information about Members of Parliament or Senators, they are listed alphabetically by electorate — never by party affiliation. We do not use party logos or colours.
Non-Profit Mission
This platform operates as a community service with no commercial interest. We do not sell advertising, monetise user data, or accept donations from political organisations. Our sole purpose is to provide administrative and community support for seniors navigating the pension system.
Transparent Operations
We are open about how this platform works, who runs it, and how decisions are made. We publish our content moderation policies, data handling practices, and community guidelines in plain language so every member can understand their rights.
Senior-First Design
Every design decision — from font size to button placement — is made with older Australians in mind. We consult with seniors and their families to ensure the platform remains accessible, dignified, and genuinely useful.
Community Governed
The community shapes this platform. Members can report concerns, suggest resources, and flag inaccurate information. We respond to all feedback and publish a regular update on changes made in response to community input.
Information Accuracy
All legal information, appeal guides, and government contact details are reviewed regularly for accuracy. We clearly distinguish between general information and legal advice, and we always recommend consulting a qualified professional for individual circumstances.
Who We Are
APCSN was founded by Scott Hill, whose 35-year career in finance, risk, and corporate advisory gives him a unique understanding of the systemic failures that leave Australian seniors without the pension they have earned.
Scott Hill
Founder & CEO, Australian Pension Community Support Network
Scott has over 35 years of professional and entrepreneurial experience, offering advisory capabilities ranging across a wide range of asset classes inclusive of credit, derivatives, currencies, commodities, and macroeconomic situations.
His deep expertise in financial risk, asset valuation, and corporate governance directly informs APCSN's approach to identifying and challenging incorrect pension asset assessments — the same analytical rigour applied to complex financial instruments is now applied to the systems that determine whether Australian seniors receive the support they are entitled to.
